A great, mostly complete crystal specimen of the Betafite series of the Pyrochlore Supergroup (formerly known as Betafite of Hogarth, 1977.) This piece comes from the famous Silver Crater Mine. Though this locale is still accessible, good specimens are becoming extremely hard to find here.

This specimen is approx. 73 000 cpm on an SE International Ranger EXP.
